History
SWM represents a strong building thrust of the prophetic into the church, and is based on nearly three decades of diverse experience in leadership and the prophetic. SWM is founded to impart prophetic building grace into churches and to equip leaders of the 21st century church.
Scott met the Lord while studying business management at university in 1980, and as a result of divinely arranged circumstances he was immediately plunged into a training and developmental process in the prophetic. This was during the time when there were very few recognized prophets in the body of Christ, one of whom was Dr. Bill Hamon. Scott joined Hamon’s ministry team / Christian International in 1982 when they were located in Phoenix, Arizona. When Christian International relocated to Northwest Florida in 1984, Scott and his young family migrated with the ministry where the School of Prophets became a lifestyle of development and understanding which occurred over a period of many years.
During the 1980’s and 90’s, Scott traveled broadly as an ambassador for the prophetic movement, ministering extensively to church leaders and congregations throughout the nations. He has done extensive work in organizing training initiatives for prophets, including writing curriculum, designing practicums and developing and overseeing prophetic teams within many churches and networks. During the late 1990’s Scott departed from Christian International and relocated to Atlanta, GA.
New alignment with the apostolic dimension occurred via relationship with Dr. Noel Woodroffe, who Scott had known and worked with since 1990 when a series of prophetic conferences were initiated and hosted by Dr. Woodroffe in Port of Spain, Trinidad. This alignment produced vast new arenas of development, including an enhanced and more powerful prophetic dimension.
SWM was founded in 2007 as an initiative designed to impact churches of various networks and affiliations with the present speaking of God, and to build within those churches the divine requirements for accuracy. SWM is also the publisher of several of Scott’s books, including The Architecture of the New Prophetic Dimension and A Developed Prophetic Perspective.
In addition to leading Scott Webster Ministries, Scott also serves on the Apostolic Core Team (ACT) of Congress WBN, and as the Global Director of C-WBN’s Global Insight Services, a Sector of Congress WBN that delivers Insight Services to Governments, Businesses, Institutions, Churches and Individual national leaders in the areas of trend-analysis, future-casting and insightful counseling for structural and strategic adjustments and shifts.
