2011 has been a great year at SWM. As we have continued to send out teachings and analysis in these prophetic briefs, more people have recommended them to their friends and family members to the point that 40% of our list are new subscribers as of 2011. With so many joining in the last year, we are re-sending a two part article initially mailed in 2008 – The Christmas Story. Have a great time with your family this holiday season.

Every time I read these articles about Christmas, I am always struck by Scott’s ability ton take us into the ‘behind the scenes’ look into the spiritual architecture of the Kingdom of God and the relevance to today’s global society. As a pastor who has taught extensively about “Christmas – Fact or Fiction” this is a highly prophetic insight into the perpetual clash of the kingdoms playing out itself in the midst of human activity and the practice of traditions. These articles provide excellent, insightful perspective to give to the saints today! This is the kind of discussion that should take place around the family table during the Christmas holidays!

I adore your prophetic insight to the scripture. The sharpness and accuracy in which you impart fresh manna, this may sound corney but, everytime I read your news letters, I leave my study like Mose’s leaving the presence of God . As if I am passing through a threshold of divine connectivity and accuracy in Him. Thanks and God Bless!

Hi Scott, thank you for this. I found it extremely insightful.
As retailers increase their marketing efforts to win the consumers dollar, in economies where the average consumer has less – the hook of consumerism will trap even more.
Jesus and the reality of what occurred when he was birthed will become increasingly foreign to those that do not have accurate sight. They will see the flashy lights but not the magnificent occurrence of Jesus’ birth.
Reading this was timely for me as I have recently (last week) been reading about Jesus’ birth again in Matthew. For me I saw clearly the environment that Jesus was birthed into afresh – challenge, conflict, and chaos – being born in a stable, being chased by Kind Herod, and his parents immigrating to a foreign land (Egypt).
This Christmas will I eat a nice New Zealand Lamb…Yes sir. Will I be celebrating with my family and friends. Yes sir. However I will be alert, aware, prepared, and sober because I see what the season is all about.
Thank you again.

Thank you Scott for another insightful article. It certainly brings to light the gimmickery we are seeing parading the present political stage by Christian conservatives.
