02 – The Christmas Story (2011)

Series:

December 20, 2011

It is so easy to get distracted by all of the activities surrounding Christmas: preparing for time off work, traveling to see family, digging out family recipes and of course shopping. There is nothing wrong with all of that, although some people spend money they don’t have. The problem is that all these things can quickly distort or completely blot out the actual spiritual conflict which occurred around the birth of Christ.

Christmas as a time of clash of kingdoms played out in Nigeria in 2011 as an Islamic group whose grand agenda is to Islamasize Nigeria carried out a bombing of a catholic church on Christmas day. This war of kingdoms is still raging though unknown to many. These articles have brought the realities of the war to light. This should also awaken our consciousness out of the deception that the holiday mode around this period causes some to be at ease and to drop their guards. Thanks Scott.

Thank you SCOTT for accepting to be an open conduit of the prophetic

Amazing reality! Correct partnership does move the purposes of God to fulfilment.

A great insight into the reality of the Christmas season. The enemy has blinded the people not to see the great conflict that surrounded the birth of Jesus. I have observed over the years in our nation that Christmas is time of “authorized” self indulgence. Although most of the people do not have the money they spend all they have and January becomes one of worst months in many families. They have no school fees and other essentials required at the beginning of the year.
Listening to to scriptures highlighted by Scott it should be a time of greater connectivity with God in order to have the necessary prophetic intelligence in relationship to the direction our families should take.
Thanks Scott for this insight. It has been of great help to me.

Scott, thanks for the second part, it is very caibrating! It has enhanced my grasp of prophetic operation as the normalcy of my life…the prophetic brings partnership with our Creator…I pray that the whole body of Christ is getting baptized into the outpouring of the prophetic dimension of God!
